Players has been around for 20 years. I know, I've gone there ever since it opened and I always will. It just underwent a major renovation and physically inside a lot has changed. The bar is now in the middle of the room, where the main stage used to be. There are now 4 oblong 3 x 15 foot stages on each side of the bar. The dancers start on the West end and do a 4 dance rotation around the bar clockwise. They have a Happy Hour from 12 pm -7 pm Monday through Friday, I believe from an announcement the DJ made with reduced drink prices. My favorite Miller Light was $3 for a 12 oz. bottle. Booths have been redone and are now all the way around the inside perimeter of the club. There is a section of small tables on the East side of the stage. The waitressess now wear a referee's type black and white striped outfit showing plenty of cleavage. Two fine barmaids were working, one a stunning blonde and the other a fine Eurasian brunette. Management has been around a long time, that's always a good sign. The music was loud, but not overly so.

Sitting at the bar, I enjoyed watching the dancers dance. I saw some long time dancers there, and several new ones. One I recognized, I waited until she was on the stage behind me and started talking with. Arianna is a fine Asian heritage woman. I've had dances with her in the past and knew I'd go to the renovated VIP area. There is now an upstairs section as well as the main floor VIP area with plenty of privacy in individual small rooms. We had the fun I've always enjoyed here over the years, and I definitely recommend a visit to Players to anyone here on TUSCL. I'll be back.
