I hadn't been to Diamond Jim's Isabella Queen in a couple of years. This visit was pretty consistent with the past. Of course, it was a little slow (both dancers and customers) because it was Sunday evening.

This place is a little unusual. The stage is at floor level, with a low wall all the way around. There is a pole in the middle. This arrangement makes it easy for the dancers to approach the customers, who are seated around the rail. In particular, when the dancer moves to the full-nude portion, it puts her vagina at eye level.

The ambience is pretty good and the DJ plays music from the '60s and '70s, which suits me well. The four dancers included three attractive young women and one grossly obese one. Thankfully, the obese girl was excused from the rotation after I saw one round. There was lots of tipping at the rail, but very few visits to the back room. I got a dance from a visiting dancer, and she said she was not intimately familiar with the rules, but that she thought the management was getting pretty strict about customer touching. She also could not engage in much extracurricular activity. All-in-all, a pleasant way to spend an hour, but nothing spectacular.
