This is a follow-up to my follow-up just to let you all know how things turned out with the overcharges and forgeries. I'm not sure what I put in my last post as I can't read it, so if I'm inaccurate on any accounts it's just my memory, as this is all legit. To reiterate I was drunk and pulled out my credit cards (or they were pulled out for me by the staff, as I do remember someone handing me my wallet after it had been missing for awhile). I was charged approximately $1,200 for one or two lap dances. As I said it's all a blur. I did get receipts from (2) credit card companies after I disputed the charges. The time stamps on the receipts showed me that I was there for about an hour. Every receipt was forged, with possibly the exception of one (it looked like how I would sign if I had too much to drink). I was also sent a copy of the VIP rules, which also had my forged signature and forged thumb print on it (I went to my local police station and my buddy compared my thumb print to the one they had and it was totally different). I suspect once I disputed the charges they filled out this VIP rules form, forged it with signature and thumb print and sent it to the credit card company to make it look legit. It has NO date or time on it, so they could have done that anytime. I was drunk, but I know I wasn't finger printed. I decided not to open a fraud case because from what I've read I wouldn't have a chance. I've considered filing a law suit, but then my name would be out there and I'd end up paying a lot more than $1,200. As it turns out the club could not find receipts for two of the charges so I was never billed for them....a total of about $450. I'm so mad at myself for being drunk and stupid and walking into this sh*t hole with my credit cards and lack of judgement, however I am more pissed that a place like this can exist. I'm sure this happens all the time, but most guys probably just pay the bill and chalk it up to an expensive lesson (especially if they're trying to hide something from their wives). I don't want anyone to make the same stupid mistake I did, so PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!
