Foxy backup plan no good at...
Foxy backup plan no good at Foxy Lady. I originally had set out to visit Thorobred down the street but that is another story. Foxy Lady, from what I had read and heard, was on the up and up. My visit had no indication of that. We'll start with the ARM system. A is for atmosphere, R is for reservations, and M is for mileage. Foxy Lady left something to be desired.
A - The atmosphere was actually quite relaxed. You're welcomed by an decent-size parking lot that is well lit. The building looks bigger on the outside, as the main room inside is decidedly smaller. Walked and a red velvet rope guards the entrance. $5 cover that night, and boy was it bright inside. Much brighter than any other club I've visited. The wait staff was very polite and accommodating, even the DJ was mellow and seemed in good spirit. Despite this, the relaxed atmosphere almost felt lazy. Dancers either full of energy or bored at wits end. The difference here is that there were only 7 or 8 patrons, nearly 1:1 with dancers and staff.
R - Reservations are few and in between. Foxy Lady appears to be good for specials, throwing in a two-for-one deal every half hour almost. The service is good and the clientele is variable. The let downs were the dancers, ranging in different flavors. The greatest reservation was the push for a VIP dance. Granted, the VIP is a great deal, 150 for hour, 90 for half hour... the hustle is sadly pathetic. I requested only a few regular dances as I did not want to drop bills for an experience I knew nothing about just yet. Two dancers had persisted and eventually left me when I suggested only normal dances.
