Among my favorites around, always a friendly bar staff. The dancers tend to be the typical Portland tattooed and pierced look, but I prefer that to the silicon look anytime. The place is small so it gets crowded quick, which is why I go during the day. Dances are done behind a the stage separated by a thin sheet of some kind, so not the most private. Drinks are cheap and service is good in this regard. The girls attention can vary, most seem like they'd rather be backstage or out smoking than talking with customers, but it depends on the girl. Overall, very relaxed vibe, a good variety of clientele, and the building is in a giant whiskey jug, what other spot can beat that.
