Vivid in Palm Bay FL is...

Vivid in Palm Bay FL is formally a club named Goddess now made locally famous by a radio ad that ran upon its reopening rightfully bashing the old club and its entertainers. I arrived on a Monday close to 6:00pm (club opens at 5:00) the marquee out advertised 2 for 1 drinks at their full bar and no cover at this time. Although the music was playing there was no sign of any dancers. Club was completely empty except for 1 barmaid who looked like she just rolled out of bed (dressed in what looked like comfortable pajamas). Should have followed my instincts and just left but thought I would at least partake in the 2 for 1 deal. Ordered a rum and coke at $6.00 which normally isn’t a bad price for most clubs the glass was small (4 -6oz) and mostly soda.

The space is fairly small with a stage (15’x15’) in the middle of the room and two stripper poles on either side. Twenty or so chairs are around the stage and a long bar is nestled against the back wall. Next to that room is a VIP room with group of red velvet couches separated by a beaded curtain where the adult entertainers perform their lap dances.

I stayed long enough to finish second drink (about a ½ hour) looking at a empty stage. Not only were there no dancers 90 minutes after opening but the barmaid just went on with her business when I got up to leave with no explanation why or when the entertainers would be showing up.
