Hadn't been to the Gras in...

Hadn't been to the Gras in a few years and stopped in after a weekend sporting event recently. The place has enjoyed a reputation as the premier club in the area, and given that, and the fact that I was there in "prime time" on a Saturday night, I have to say that I was a little disappointed with the quality of dancers overall. Some high numbers for sure, but overall the average was a little lower than I remembered and expected.

The club itself is clean and well-appointed. The main stage was busy and it was hard to get a seat without a wait. There was a second room that wasn't being used, and perhaps should have been. The DJ was above average, as he did not interject himself into the proceedings too much, which is all I ask.

There was a little bit of hustle for private dances, but not an obnoxious amount; I've experienced much worse.
