I live near Albany - a complete wasteland for good strip joints. Di Carlo's is probably the best of a sorry bunch. I've been a few times, but definitely can't say I'm a regular. It's pretty easy to find, right off Central Ave., not too far from Wolf Road. Drinks are over priced and the girls are fairly attractive. This is the closest thing to classy, or upscale you'll find in Albany, but if you're looking for nude dancers make your way over to Nite Moves in Latham. It's not unusual to see guys here with their girl friends or dates, or 2 or 3 couples out for a night on the town together - or the occasional old, creepy guy hanging out by the stage.

The girls are relatively attractive, which is a plus. They will definitely come over to ask if you'd like a dance, but generally aren't overly pushy. The dances are so-so in my opinion, but YMMV. To my knowledge, extras are definitely NOT available here. My last visit was a Tuesday night, which might explain why it seemed a little dead to me. I'm sure I'll be back because, as I mentioned, there aren't too many options without going to MA or CT, but I won't be going out of my way to get here. Di Carlo's is great if you want to go out for a couple of beers with your buddy and oggle some decent looking semi-nude girls, but if you're looking for more than that temper your expectations.
