I have been to this place...

I have been to this place on 3 separate occasions. I remember that the cover charge was expensive (I think $20) but my most recent visit the fee was waived as we (I was with a group of 5) chatted up the guy at the counter. Really nice guy. Once we went inside each of us were greeted with the customary "O'Farrell" handshake by individual girls inside. It was slow inside as it was just after midnight. These girls went right down to business. There was two on the main stage and they were promoting a 'show' that was about to happen on the side rotating stage. Meanwhile the girls who were not on were busy flirting with us and trying to get us to purchase private dances. The menu was not your ordinary fare, but, there is a reason this place is special. The "show" that was put on was full on girl on girl action and I've honestly never seen anything like it. We tipped generously and as we did so the show just kept getting better.

The private dances are pricey, but well worth it. These girls are real professionals and are happy to spend as much or as little time as you would like with them. O'Farrell isn't a place where you have to stay all night to have a good time, but they are happy to let you warm to their environment. I'd recommend those so inclined to visit. I've been 4 times (not a native Californian) and always left happy. It's an experience for sure.
