My husband and I went out to dinner Saturday night. After we had a few drinks with dinner I decided to surprise him with a trip to a go go bar. We were on our way to Taboo but made a wrong turn and saw Lookers so we decided to stop there. There is a metal detector on your way in and my husband got patted down by the bouncer we was about to pat me down (If he would have tried we would have walked out the door) but he said to my husband is that your wife if so I won't pat her down?

The place wasn't to packed we actually got seats together right away. My husband got a Bud bottle ($5) & I got a Vodka & Tonic ($8). It was $13 for the 2 drinks and my drink was 1 shot of house vodka & about 2 shots worth of tonic. So I basically drank it all in 2 sips. The drinks were really over priced. They had shot specials for $3 shots on the hour for 10 minutes. The bartender was really nice and hooked me up by letting me buy 5 shots of vodka and she kept giving me tonic to mix it with.

Large variety of dancers pretty much every race, nationality and personality (from gothic looking chic to just off the farm look). Just like any go go bar there were the girls that were past their prime but really not many. The funniest was an Asian girl that would come up turn around wiggle her butt barely turn around and put out her hand palm out to be given a $1. All of the people in our area would turn around or pretend to text on their phone when she came around it was pretty funny. The music was all rap, hip hop and club music no variety at all. One really nice thing from a girls perspective was that since there is a diner attached and another bar I didn't have to go into the girls changing room to go to the bathroom. Most guys would think being able to go into the changing room is a great thing. But trust me its not the lighting in the go go bar makes the girls look a lot better than they really are. Going into the changing room to go to the bathroom you see all of the girls imperfections and how a lot of their bodies aren't as great as they look in the dark bar.
