Had a Saturday night with nothing...

Had a Saturday night with nothing else to do. Thought about Nashville clubs, but then thought about the three-foot rule. Had heard good things about Midnight Express, so decided to make the drive and see for myself. It was worth the trouble.

The club is several miles east of Smithville on U.S. 70, not too far from Center Hill Lake, and about a 30-40 minute drive to the nearest interstate exit. The building is a warehouse-type edifice, and the nearest neighbor looked to be at least a quarter mile away. It's a touristy area, lots of second homes, boat storage facilities and the like. The area appears to have a pretty lively nightlife overall.

There's a nice sizable paved parking lot immediately to the east of the building and an overflow gravel lot on the west side. Inside there is a large well-lit game room with a foosball table and at least one pool table. The club proper is about 2,000 sq. ft. (pretty roomy) and was a little darker, as befits a proper strip club, There were plenty of tables placed in a three or four layer semicircle around the stage. There were at least 25 seats at the tip rail.
