My first ever visit to Tijuana...

My first ever visit to Tijuana was on a Friday night. See also my reviews for Hong Kong, Mermaids, and El Dolce Gabbana.

First: Thanks to all of the other posters who have provided such great information on this amazing place. I found nearly all of the information in the other reviews to be quite accurate. And I would not have been bold enough to have crossed the border in search of 'entertainment' without that guidance. So for those of you who are thinking you might want to try visiting TJ: I say, Go For It!

I took a hotel room on the US side that was within walking distance of the border. I recommend this because at the end of a long (and enjoyable) evening, you can walk back to your hotel and collapse. I was too beat to drive after my adventures.
