Toward the tail end of my extended trip I came here two more times - and my judgement on the whole of "extras" has dramatically changed because of it. The quality of the club actually improved over the month as they spaced a few crammed areas out a little bit (even though it's still quite tight) and replaced a number of damaged/broken seats. After one comments on drinks they nailed it each time after and each trip after - you shouldn't have to ask but it's good to know if you do, they'll improve. A good number of guys there on those two times complained about being ripped off for the number of dances BUT anybody and everybody either obviously had an extra or vocally talked about it. One guy was hinting at an "intense" extra with a condom and by the look of another guy, he had just had the same experience and wasn't happy about it. One girl got to talking about BBBJs, BBFS, etc. for a few dances cost. So it's still a place for a good time but beware the aggressive girls and extras - as I note from my last trip it kinda happens and if you don't stop it, you might regret it shortly after.
