I am extremely sorry to report that this place is now CLOSED, therefore my low rating. The McCook Theater (aka Deja Vu Love Boutique, aka Secrets Love Boutique) is no longer. A Dayton institution has bitten the dust. Yes, it was nasty, grimy, ghetto, etc., but it was also awesome. You basically watched porn, then paid a girl to do whatever you wanted while you jerked off. It's a shame these places are dying. I had a lot of good times in here over the past decade.

As other reviews mentioned, this place went downhill for several years before closing, so it wasn't a big surprise. They had a hard time getting girls to watch guys blow loads and say horrific things to them, it seems. It used to be a great place to go before or after the clubs on the Dixie strip, but it's no longer an option. The only place to go now is Adult Total X, which has been taken over by gays. They show almost all gay porn now, and you'll get harrassed by dudes trolling for dick. That's why the Love Boutique was awesome; they showed great straight porn, there were nasty girls there, and they were no creepy homos trolling for your cock. I will seriously miss this place.
