Things at Ruby's haven't changed in...

Things at Ruby's haven't changed in over a decade. Same BYOB (I always opt for the O'Doul's anyway), same decor (I remember them changing the carpeting about six or seven years ago), same torn bar stools, and same latticework between the lap dance "booths". But, with all that still it's a great place stop on the way home to Hartford from NYC for a bit of "relaxation". The dancers aren't beauties, but they are pretty decent compared to some CT clubs. The best things are that it's a nude club AND they have that handy half-height wall between the dance floor and the bar. Makes for some interesting sight angles and entertainment for just a few bucks.

This isn't a place to go out of your way to visit, but if you're on I-95 and have an hour or so to spend, a worthy place to stop.
