I am from MA, but heard the scene in RI is better, so I made my way down south to Cheaters. I can say without a doubt it is true that RI beats MA. Inside cheaters it is not so nice and clean, kind of a dump actually, but there are some decent dancers. The drinks don't cost too much. You can go into the back room and things can get a bit more hands-on. Another thing I like about this place is that it is in a complex with some other things, including a sauna. The sauna seems to cater more for the gay male crowd, but it is clean, and no one hassled me. So me technique is wear some disposable clothes into Cheaters and then hit the sauna afterwords. That way when I get home the girlfriend won't find perfume and/or glitter which can be tell-tale signs of having visited a strip club.
