Treasures is definitely my favorite strip...

Treasures is definitely my favorite strip club to visit when in Houston. It is right in the Galleria area, off Westheimer, so the area is safe and I've never been concerned about parking. They offer valet and self parking, and the self parking generally runs around $5 in the late afternoon. I arrived around 6 pm and the cover charge was $6 or 7, which I think is quite reasonable for this level of club. Happy hour specials run until 7 pm (daily drink special, domestic beer, and well drinks are all $3.75). After 7 pm drink prices dramatically increase, with domestic beers costing around $7.

As it is a Houston club, you enter through a metal detector, then turn the corner and enter the room with the main stage. There are seats surrounding the stage, and then a darker, elevated section with tables, chairs, and couches. Past the main room is the bar/buffet, and then you come to the 2nd stage and lap dance area. Early in the evening the 2nd stage is rarely used, and often times the main stage is empty. It is very obvious, and I've had the dancers confirm, that Treasures is not designed to be a stage club. If you're main attraction is watching lots of girls dance, and do so skillfully, this is not the place for you.

The purpose of this club is interacting with the dancers, as there are tons of dancers walking around, greeting guests, and soliciting private dances. Some of the girls are very forward, and some will sit down and chat with you for 30 minutes before soliciting a dance. Almost all of the dancers are extremely friendly, and I've held lengthy, intelligent conversations with many of them.
