I recently visited the Candy Store on a Thursday night. The club had a lot of parking space, was well lit, and was easy to find near two major intersections. The club does not have the great curb appeal of a fine establishment, but its not bad either. The cover was seven dollars. The club has one bar that could seat approximately 15-20 patrons. The stage is fronted by 12 - 15 groups of tables with comfortable seating. The stage has additional seating for up close view of stage dancing. There is a separate semi-private area where lap dances can be had with company nearby from other patrons. There is a private area in the back for private dances. The bathroom facility was ok, but nothing modern, or super nice and clean. The stage is medium to well lit lighting. The overall club is small to medium in size and has fairly tight areas considering the amount of seating and chairs available.

The dancers in appearance were good to exceptional with a couple of great looking girls with great bodies. I was impressed at a couple, as I have been to clubs all over Alabama and have seen a great degree of range say 2-7 at many establishments leaving me unimpressed at those places. I bought a couple of lap dances for $30.00 and I enjoyed them. I did not get hustled for drinks, and I was told by a cute bar maid that they did not do that or practice that anymore. the girls were friendly. The attitudes were great. Thug factor, well there were a few rough looking, poorly dressed old boys that seemed to be regulars by the way they interacted with a few dancers. This club should be a yes if in the area. I think the value was good. The girls are quality, and a good time could be had there. I recommend the Candy Store, and I will go again when in the area.
