I was in Dallas on Business...

I was in Dallas on Business and based on some of the reviews here I decided to check out the Fare Room the “extras” fuss was about. It was about 6:30 when I got there and went ahead and paid $35 VIP admission, so I could go “upstairs” if I wanted to. I've going to clubs for years, but I’ve never been offered extras at a club before, so I figured buying the VIP deal was the first step.

From the reviews I expected the place to be really run down, but really the place just needs a coat of fresh paint to be pretty nice inside. There were only four or five customers in the place, and two of them were drinking with the two waitresses that were working. There were also only four dancers working. As is customary where I come from I tipped all of the dancers at the stage, which no one else was doing here. As I tipped I found one of the four dancers was almost passed-out drunk (sad).

Within fifteen to twenty minutes of my arrival, shift change happened. This turned out to be very odd. Now I was the only person in the place; no dancers, no bartenders, no waitresses, no other customers, just me and maybe a guy up in the DJ booth. I probably should have bolted at that point, but I had nowhere else to be so I stuck around to see what might happen.

What seemed like a long time later (probably about 10 minutes in reality), a single dancer showed up for the next shift. This dancer did her dances then got off the stage and came to sit with me. She didn’t offer any dances and didn’t pull any stripper crap. We just sat a talked. She told me that there were supposed to be several dancers on the shift but they hadn’t gotten into work yet. She also said she doesn't "play" until she is drunk.

Shortly four more dancers showed up (for a total of 5). Two trailer looking white girls including the one that was sitting with me, a very attractive young AA girl, a very cute latina chick with super nice ass and a gold tooth, and a skinny black girl from Somalia. Of course I went up to tip each dancer at the stage. The Somali girl was so stoned that she literally fell off the stage when she came over to get my tip. (stoned and drunk seems to be a recurring theme at this place) As I helped her upright, in a slow stoned voice she asked if I wanted to go upstairs. I declined, and at that point the manager showed up to help her find her way back stage. I think her night was over.
