Visited late on a Saturday and...

Visited late on a Saturday and was extremely disappointed, to my surprise. The quality of the dancers was mediocre, though there were plenty of them. I had three beers and departed. I was approached several times but hounded only once. The mood was fine and the women appeared to be enjoying the work, the bar was efficient and there was very little waiting for another beer, but this club and the sister club, which was MUCH worse, did not live up to the reputation and past visits--years ago. Few, if any, of the dancers were in their 20s. My experience may have been unusual: the best might have been occupied already with big spenders somewhere out of sight. Also, if coming for a visit from the States, the Peace Bridge at that hour was packed. At least twenty minute wait for customers. The Rainbow Bridge on the way back had no cars, whatsoever, no waiting, though the guard grilled me about my short visit. Hey, gotta do the job for national security, no problem, but it's not a pleasant trip these days. I rarely go to a strip club anymore, and Sundowners will probably not be one I visit, if I try again.
