Hadn't been to Tobie's for a while so decided to see if the new reviews were accurate. The club has had a makeover (except for the bathrooms which still need work). New carpet, chairs, tables have all been put in for a more upscale look. VIP room has been upgraded and infrared cameras added and a champagne room has been built. I got a couple of VIP dances for $25 with good one way contact but no touching by customer. Was told champagne room was $175 for a half hour but didn't give it a try. There was a nice range of dancers all of them 6-8 range with something for everybody. Club is more upscale but the VIP mileage is way down from the previous management. All in all not a bad place to spend the afternoon with a beer and nice view.
