Finished up some business in Tampa...

Finished up some business in Tampa and had a free night, so I decided to take in the sights. With so many options in this town, it was hard to know what to choose. This Scarletts is pretty good, but I like Miami Scarletts is better.

The place is in Ybor City, which is the hip hangout, sometimes a touristy area, and its on the main drag, but a couple of blocks past all the action, so you get a little privacy. Plenty of well-lit parking out front. The joint is smaller than I imagined from the reviews, only one main stage in the middle of the room, for one dancer at a time. A little brighter than other places, but not so much that it's a problem. Pretty good, fairly loud music - club/pop/rock tunes.

Don't know if it was an off-week, but business was a little slow for a Saturday night. Only about 8-10 girls working, and maybe 10 fellas in the place. The girls were pretty good looking - a decent variety of colors shapes and sizes. A few came by my table and sat down for a minute, but none were too pushy. Then a tall, well-curved brunette came over and made a helluva pitch. Her invitation got my motor started, so I agreed to the 3 songs for $50 option, with $10 for the private booth. Had a great time, but not the bargain originally offered. She led me over to the bar, and asked for drink - another $10 outta my pocket. Then, when we got the room, she started an upsell, asking how much I had to spend. We arrived at a price, she started dancing. Had a smile on my face when time was up, but then the push for a big tip began.
