This was my third visit south of the border, and now having tried both Hong Kong and Adelitas, I definitely like the vibe at Adelita much better. It's very simple...park on the US side, walk across the border, and grab a cab directly to the bar. I like that this place is a little more laid back, and the hustle isn;t so strong as it is at Hong Kong. I also like that vitamin V is available (overpriced, probably generic) in the men's room -- because I love to make a multi hour visit, with multi visits upstairs with the lovely chicas. There are probably less than half the ladies that are really young and hot enough to be my type to take upstairs, but that still leaves at least 10 - 12 hot ladies at any time to choose from. Also, you can just sit here for a while and not get hassled. Overall -- this is definitely my go-to in Tijuana, and for a strip club experience you CANNOT get in the states. Highly recommend.
