This was my first time in the club since the remodel, and I like what they've done. The dances are much more private. I stayed away for some time because I never liked being watched by some guy 2 feet away from me while I received a dance. That's not a problem any more. I went on a Tuesday afternoon. I like the afternoons better because there is less competition for the dancers, and the dancers seem more inclined to talk. The dances can be better in the afternoon too, but my dances at Rick's have always been good. The girls were a little aggressive as soon as I sat down, but if you tell them you want to watch the show for a while they will leave you alone. Of course, that usually means you need to track them down once you want to start with the dances. I decided to sample dances from four different girls. 2 dances per girl at $30 per dance. Unfortunately I don't remember their names (I'm terrible with names), but without exception the girls knew how to drive the couch. All four allowed touching above the waist, and one allowed toucing below the waist with no penetration. I didn't ask about anything else because I wasn't looking for anything else. The only thing preventing a score of "10" was the thick cigarette smoke. I'm not a smoker, but I reeked of smoke when I left. I know that can be true with any club, but for those who have not been to Rick's make sure you don't have to be somewhere smelling good when you leave.
