I kept going back to the strip club because the food was so good. I kept going back to the strip club because the staff were like my neighbors. I kept going back to the strip club because the journey down the road of great food started here for me. I keep exploring other places around town, many that are great in their own right. But the strip club is also where my journey ends up leading me back to time and time again. In a lot of ways it's the gold standard to which other food is measured.

About the food. It's seasonal. Learn it, love it. Each fall the guys in the back come up with one or two pork dishes that blow my mind. The Pork Belly SOB is a great mix of tortillas, chilies, and the most flavorful savory pork belly you could imagine. Another year we had a pork belly gratin with pomegranate and polenta that I had to come back for a dozen or so times. The steaks are grass fed and exceptional in quality. The small plates are the best to share with friends. The devils eggs are so creamy and have the perfect blend of curry.

This is comfort food. It's winter so I'm focused on it, but there is not better comfort food found ANYWHERE.
