This will be a more thorough...
This will be a more thorough review than any I've seen on this site, at least for a South Carolina Club. I was in Columbia for work, but finished early and decided to visit one of the Columbia clubs for the first time. I've often been to Platinum Plus in Greenville so I decided to visit the Columbia Platinum to see how it compared. I got there around 4:30 in the afternoon.
The club itself is a little older that most I'm used to, but is still pretty nice. The club is fairly dark, and quite loud. It's difficult to have a conversation at the tables without feeling like you're yelling at times. The main floor of the club is split up into several levels with 1, 2, or 3 steps between the different levels. If you're not familiar with the club, watch your step. The steps have light strips on them, but some lights are out and you could easily trip or fall if you're not careful. I stumbled over them a few times and almost fell once. The main stage is a good height and features handrail flanked steps for tip-shows similar to Platinum in Greenville. There are two satellite stages as well of the cage of vertical bars style without steps. These stages are about two feet off the ground. When I tipped one of the girls at the satelite stage she held onto two of the bars and dropped down out of the cage to my level to grind up against my cock just a bit. It was cool and a different type of tip-show than I'm used to. The one complaint I have about the stages is that there's almost nowhere you can sit and get a good view of all the stages. I was looking at the main stage, watching satelite 1 in the mirror at the back of the main stage, and looking in a mirror to my right to see satelite 2. It was just a bit dissapointing not to have a clear view of all the action.
The DJ booth is right beside the main stage and there's a window where a dancer on stage can talk to the DJ. I tried to tip one of the girls on the main stage and had to wait about 30 seconds for her to even notice I was there because she was chatting with him. I was a little put off by the DJ who was there that night. He kept talking about Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love and I could not have cared less. Later there were two DJs during a shift change and the two thought they were supposed to be a comedy team or something. But enough about them.
