Showcase theater is located in an industrial area north of the University of Maryland and outside of the Beltway in DC. While its not an attractive neighborhood, I never felt unsafe while I was there. The club is located in an innocuous looking building. There is a $20 dollar fee to enter into the club, and no cell phones are allowed. I had my cell phone with me because I took a cab to the club, but they stored it for me for five dollars at the front desk.

Once inside, the club is very small. There is a small stage on one side of the room, a bar at the back, and a few tables and chairs. There is a lap dance area to the side of the stage, but its really just a bunch of chairs up against the wall. Dances are 20 dollars with top on, and 30 dollars topless. While I was there on a wednesday, there were 7-10 girls working. They were mostly 6's-7's. A few were quite aggressive in asking for dances, and once I said no were very put off.

The dances themselves are high contact. I saw one dancer and customer basically dry humping eachother. I paid for a few dances with a dancer who was maybe a 7. No touching the chest, but she enoucaged me to grab her ass during the dance. Apparently there is a VIP section, but I've never gone.
