Went to top hat on a late Friday night. There were about 8 dancers on shift. All were all natural and most were skinny with small breasts. Of the dancers on shift 2 were black.

The physical appearance of the club is overall pretty nice. Ther was a five dollar cover charge. There is stage in the middle of the club where one dancer danced at a time. They offer 25 dollar VIP dances in a semi private back room with couches divided off. They yoffer 200 dollar per 1/2 hour champaign room. I did not see the private champaign room. I did receive a couple VIP dances. The dances were typical couch style, pretty good grind, my hands were somewhat free to roam except for below the belt. Just ok value for 25 bucks. Really not much to choose from in this are...might be worth a try.
