After an unsatisfying trip to 4Play...

After an unsatisfying trip to 4Play (see my review there), I decided to visit Hallo Bar on the way home as a way to try to salvage the night. There were no reviews for this club on this site, but I did see some favorable reviews on other sites that seemed less suspect than most. So I decided to check this club out as my backup.

When I entered the club, I immediately noticed a major difference between this club and 4 Play: it was a Friday night, and the club had a large number of patrons there (unlike 4Play, which was deserted). Some of the patrons looked like tourists, but there were definitely some Hungarian-speaking among the crowd, whom I have to assume were locals.

The club is rather small, but the setup is nice. No cover, seated in a booth, and asked for a drink order (seemed mandatory). I was given a menu with prices that were comparable to 4Play, and there was no scamming. Booths are situated along the walls of the club, and in the center is a stage with a couple of poles. Apparently they have 'erotic shows' some nights involving a lesbian routine, snakes, or candles, but there were none during my visit (maybe because it was tourist offseason).
