This was my second visit to the Tropicana. I had just spent too much time and money at Club Orleans and was heading for a meeting in south Kansas when I spotted the exit for Scranton and took the turn. I was not prepared for the Tropicana on my first visit and was intimidated by the directness. The place hasn't changed but I was better prepared. Still ugly outside and in. One stage with curtains at the back where you can catch glimpses of dancers arguing,crying and being supported by fellow dancers while preparing for performances. The quality of dancers ranged from 1-5 and their dancing skill was comparable. Most wore typical stripper costumes. some went topless, none went nude. There was some tipping but this did not seem to affect attire and occasionally seemed to lead to discussions. You do not need to ask for extras at the Tropicana. Soon Lucky sat down next to me and soon asked if I might be interested in a lap dance. I said no I had exceeded my sc budget already. She was unwilling to take no for an answer and took the conversation et al in hand. She soon had my full attention and the conversation changed to how much for what. I had read in tuscl to make sure all decisions were also firmed up before moving to the vip. The vip area is separated by black curtains from the rest of the club and from other vip spaces. This is probably good since I'm not sure I wanted to see the cushions. I warned Lucky I was slow and the environment might not be conducive to a happy ending. I had also negotiated a guarantee. I soon realized I had underestimated Lucky's amazing skill and was out the door, with a smile on my face, and back on the road within 20 minutes.

The Trop is a refreshing rarity in this country. They know what you want and make it very clear it is available for a fair price.
