With a ton of money in my wallet because I couldn't get anyone to take it from me at Lusty Adventures, I finished Saturday night at C.W.'s, which is open, and has been for months. (The most recent review before this one is from almost a year ago, and the "closed for remodeling" thing is no longer true. Whatever they paid for remodeling, I hope it was cheap. If not, they got taken. There's nothing fancy about C.W.'s. It's a small, gritty kind of place. The clientelle is blue-collar, but for the most part a cut above - ok, probably two cuts above - the worst of the Lusty Adventures homeless and 'hood crowd. You won't run into any really scary people at C.W.'s. I didn't run into a lot of dancers either, but there was one (Courtney) and since it was headed toward last call and the rest of the half-dozen customers on hand were either broke or bored by then, I had her all to myself and made the most of the opportunity. No VIP, but a whole bunch of bar dances and some really fun and interesting conversation. Courtney's not stupid. She is cute and she is very fit and she is the best thing that happened to me on Saturday night. When I first walked in I was kicking myself for not getting there sooner because a young, pretty, thin blond girl in street clothes was waiting for her ride home. I was sorry I missed her.

The club is a little worn down and seedy, but it seems clean. It's a friendly place. (This wasn't my first visit.) It's long and narrow. Most of the seating is at the bar,with just a few stools and free-standing tables along the opposite wall. The VIP looks like something that started out as a closet. It's separated from the main room by a sheer curtain, but it's darker inside the VIP than in the main room, so the people in the VIP can see out, but others can't see it. Open-minded dancers understand that, which can be good. Several times when I've been in there, Mr. Happy has come out to play.

It's worth a look. You usually won't find dancers that rate more than a 4, although Courtney was a solid 6, but the drinks (and the women) are reasonably priced and it's very laid back.
