Glitter Gulch is located downtown on Freemont Street, and the foot traffic around that area brings in the majority of its patrons, particularly because it has no other competition in the immediate area. I’d long heard that this was a club where older strippers “go to die” and so my expectations were not real great. Admission is free with a two drink minimum order, and the drinks are made nice and strong.

This club is not huge but it’s kept up nicely with plenty of booths to sit at. The bathrooms look newly remodeled and if you go at night expect to find an attendant in there with anything you could possibly need from cologne, breath mints, combs, etc.

Dancer quality is low to medium. In Las Vegas if you are beautiful the places to be employed are Spearmint Rhino, Treasures, or some of the higher end clubs closer to the strip. Dancers at Glitter Gulch are like vultures. There is a rule at the club stating the girls are not allowed to approach customers until they’ve at least been served their first drink, but that doesn’t mean they won’t stand there waiting for you to take a sip. How some of these girls got hired baffles me because many were overweight, rough-looking, and certainly not women I’d want to meet at night in a dark alley. You can find some cuties but be prepared for much of their time to be occupied.
