Penthouse was pretty nice. I've been there three times starting back in October 2011 during homecoming. The first plus, is that they open at 4pm and have some very, very, very good quality dancers there. The main problem is... they don't do lap dances consistently. DC Law. When I first started going there, they did... but recently they've stopped. Sucks. There was no cover, but recently I've heard they've instituted one. They don't have food there or even a snack bar, but you can bring your own snacks in there. The place has a juke box which is great because you can play the songs you particularly want to vibe to. They need to update some of the music though. Their juke box only has songs up till 2006. Bathroom is clean and the security is on point. There is one dancer in particular who I dance with. Her and I have a good rapport and exchanged numbers. All in all, I don't think I will go back to Penthouse or any DC club. Not because of the club itself... but because of the DC no lap dance law. I've been going to Maryland clubs where there is no limitation on lap dances.
