I have reviewed CF before and have given it a higher rating, but recently, things have been different. It is my understanding from both patrons and employees, that January and February are slower months, but it has also been expressed by both of the above that this has been one of the slowest winters ever. Not having been a visitor last winter, I can not compare to that, but what I can say is that the place has become depressing. The parking lot is never full. During almost every conversation, I hear from dancers and bartenders both, about how slow it is. The number of women working has dropped (but this makes sense because the number of customers has dropped). I am sure weather and time of year play a role, but it is hard to imagine surviving a dry spell like this for very long. One additional kicker, probably due to the slowness, they have raised the price of the dances. All versions, nude and topless have gone up $5.00 to $10.00 dollars. Basic supply and demand economic principles suggest that lower demand should bring lower prices. Will be interesting to see what spring will bring.
