This is a dancer review for dancers. I have worked for this club since September 2011. In order to audition you must go to the amateur night on Tuesdays and arrive at 9. Unless there are around 10 or more girls, they will "cancel" the contest and only hold auditions and no prize money. If there is an actual competition, the prize money is usually less than advertised. I would advise not dancing to hip hop and straightening your hair. They make you work the day shifts and sun and mon night shifts for the first few months you work there, unless you are like a 10. Even then, they still might make you work day shift for a while. It is crucial to arrive on time or you will be penalized. The rules and the managers here are really strict. This is the only club I've worked at where the managers actually "manage". In return for dealing with all this bs, the men who attend this club are true "gentlemen" and rarely solicit you for sex or anything dirty. If you do anything more than let a guy touch your boobs you will get fired. The dancers here are extremely hot, so if you are not very good looking I wouldn't waste your time, as the guys in turn are very shallow. I would consider myself a 7 compared to the other girls at the club, and at the least I make about $150 (day, sun, or mon night)and at the most around $600 (thurs night) with my average being around $350. This is probably an average amount for this club. I have started making more as I've gained "regulars". This club is a great choice for a dancer who wants to work at one club for longer than 6 months.
