I went to Millstream Inn late...
I went to Millstream Inn late on a Monday after visiting Fantasies. The two clubs are on opposite sides of the downtown area, but are easily reached from the beltway (695), so not a bad drive from one to the other. Like Fantasies, Millstream Inn is located in an odd area. My GPS took me from the beltway through a residential area of mostly single family homes (perhaps 1960s era) then to a slightly more commercial/mixed-use area (I passed two churches). The club itself is in a slightly secluded location.
The building is very nice. It was clearly custom built as a restaurant and then later retrofitted to be a SC. Much smaller than Fantasies, it has a small side stage with a pole and a larger main stage with a "cage" of a dozen or so poles. There are seats at the main stage as well as tables and booths. The feel is slightly upscale, but in a "this was a fairly nice restaurant before it became a strip club" way. There was no cover, although I did have to show my ID to a bouncer, who informed that there was no touching the dancers on stage. Bathroom was fairly clean.
Looks like they have a full bar, but as I am a beer drinker, I can only comment that the beer was reasonably priced ($4, I think, for Coors light).
