I've made a few visits to the Millstream over the past few months. I give it a 9 rating, because it is good at what it is - a pastie bar with no laps. Do I like pasties? No. Do I like laps? Yes. In general, the Millstream girls are hot and personable. If you like to sit and chat with the girls, it helps to be a regular. The remodeled place looks good, although it is a bit on the dark side and some of the neighborhood-feel is gone. The food is good and their web schedule is usually up to date (however, most of the dancers from the pics are long gone). All in all, if you don't want to be tempted to get into too much trouble (lots of $$$ laps), the Millstream is a good place. Like Hooters with more skin and dancers. Girls ciculate for tips ($1) after each stage set.
