There is a reason the Sands is still around after all these years. At first glance, the first few times I visited this club, I'm thinking.. "how does this club stay in business?". Most of the dancer don't circulate and do the want a dance routine. There will be times when nobody will be on stage for several songs. There is no DJ, just a jukebox. There are usually less than 10 customers in the club. But once you are recognized and the dancers are comfortable with you, they will show you a good time in the back lap dance room. They know that the patrons who visit this club aren't just there to watch the stage shows. They will ask once if you want a dance and not hassle you if you are waiting for another dancer.
