I hadn't been to CL in...

I hadn't been to CL in a number of years but was in the RI on a Saturday afternoon and stopped by. Set-up hadn't changed. The main elevated dance floor is in the middle kinda in a 8 pattern. I did not do any LDs but it looked like they were upstairs. The VIP room is off to the left as you enter and it has 6-8 fairly private rooms that have couches in them with curtains. More on this later. My diet coke was $4. During the afternoon there were a lot of guys around, including 2 or 3 large groups. There was only about 10 dancers visible with a mix of white, black, and hispanic gals, with a few real cuties included.

With all the guys, it was hard to get attention from the few gals. I passed on the first few stupid "do you want a dance" intros from 2 gals. A cute white girls wandered up to me and started a conservation. Nice bright well educated women who could carry a conversation. She explained to me the club since I hadn't been in awhile: $25/35 LDs plus there was a VIP room ($50 to the house plus negotiated fee with dancer). She suggested that one could have a lot of fun in this club and was fairly explicit on the list of services. I wasn't really interested in dances so went right for the VIP negotiations. Ended up with a full range of fun for what I thought was a reasonable price with a very nice and open minded gal. I had never been into the VIP area at CL and was surprised on how private the little rooms / couches / curtains were. So my total damage including house fee was $200. Since this was my first VIP visit, I negotiated but not real hard since I wanted to test the full range of services for the future. Had a very nice chat after the VIP with the gal and got her # for future take out, which she was very willing to go for. She suggested that there was a great range of open mindedness among the staff. I'm still thinking about the price / value relationship at CL. I'm from the Boston area so one can get a $150 incall with a well reviewed GFE provider for 30 minutes but it involves driving to a hotel, waiting until she is ready, and then driving back to whereever. The CL option is mighty convenient: I was around the CL area and could just drop in, could talk / look at the gals and pick one or just leave if nothing appealed, and received great service. So I would most likely repeat if I was in the area and try a bit harder at the negotiations next time to get the price / service down a bit.
