Impressions on a first visit are mixed. Physically, this is a big club, fairly posh looking, with hints of the baroque-whorehouse theme favored in Vegas. Chairs are comfortable; lights are at the right level to see; no evidence of blindness- or seizure-inducing strobes going off in your face. Restrooms are clean. There's a runway stage in the center, with a staircase behind it. Dancers waiting for their turns on stage dance fully clothed on the stairs. Nice touch. I got a gentle pat-down from the bouncer at the door, which surprised me a little. But perhaps the upscale look belies an iffiness to the neighborhood, especially after dark.
The talent was primarily white or Asian, slim, and under 30. No one to remind me of cellulite at home. (Sorry, dear, but you'll never read this ...) Lappers are given in another room, full of couches and with no privacy. They're only $20, a plus in these inflationary times, but for the most part I had more intimate contact from the patdown when I came in. With some minor exceptions, this is definitely a look but don't touch establisment.
