After not stopping by for over...

After not stopping by for over a year I was out and about a couple weeks ago and decided to stop by and see how the place has been holding up. The only way I could have been more disappointed in the club would be if the DJ greeted me at the door and kicked me in the nuts.

The place looks nice, which as everyone says will catch you off guard because of the location in a strip mall, but it's comfortable enough. Showed up at 7:30 on Saturday, sat at the bar and had a coke, and looked around to see what kind of talent was available. And I kept looking. There was 1 dancer sitting with a customer next to the stage, the bartender, and 1 other dancer who just got off stage. That was it. I sat for 20 minutes before the DJ called the girl sitting next to the stage on to dance, and she never moved 5 feet from her customer. As I was finishing my coke, the girl who had been on stage came by and said "I'm leaving in 5 minutes, did you want to get a dance before I take off?" I passed on the offer and she walked to the back never to be seen again.

I did notice one other thing that wasn't there last time, and that's a sign that says "Two drink minimum before entrance to the VIP area will be permitted". I have no idea if they hold people to that or not, shortly after the dancer I talked to left I asked the bartender if I had caught the place at shift change and she said no, that there were three girls on duty, the other two must be busy with other customers. When pressed on when I could expect the night shift to show up, she actually said she didn't know if anyone else would be coming in or not. That was all I needed to hear, I left right after that.
