Visited the parrot on my last trip to El Paso. It was not one of the best experiences since there were not too many girls I would consider attractive. It seems Saturdays are not the best of nights to go and you would be better served to limit your visits Wed - Friday. The VIP is 20 and so are the dances so it's relatively inexpensive when you compare them to clubs in bigger cities. You can get what you want most of the time even from the "hot" girls. On my last visit back in December I got a nice extra from a super hot latin spinner (Trixy). Sadly, she was not there this time around.
