I was in Scruples last weekend...

I was in Scruples last weekend but I didn't have a lot of time - I hoped to see Donna but she wasn't there. I had a couple of dances each with two girls who were pretty sexy but I don't remember their names. Each one was willing to sit and have a nice conversation for 5 or 10 minutes before asking for a dance, I like that. And intelligent conversation to boot!

Then I had a few dances with a pretty Asian named Sophia, and for the first time ever in my many times here Deano the bouncer came over, tapped my arm and told me I wasn't allowed to do what I was doing! (Sophia's comment: "He's just doing his job!") Major downer, I thought it was pretty mild action. This is the reason for the lower rating. I guess the recent closings of the Key and Teddies still has everybody a bit nervous. In any case, look up Sophia, she's definitely provides a very pleasant time. I think Scruples (and others) have really become a lot tamer in the last couple of years... certainly compared to the mid-to-late 90's.
