The gold club is still a very nice place but it is not a strip club any longer. The girls are not allowed to dance topless on stage and are in violation of new city ordinances if they do so in the semi private VIP rooms. The gold club has lost nearly a dozen of their best looking girls because they could not afford to work there with the new rules. Carmen, Donna, foxy Jackie, dirty D, Trinity, Allison, Gabby, Jessie, etc all have left for one reason or another. But basically it's about money. The owner now advertises $10 dances. The girls used to do 3 for $100. The gold club has a few bright spots left but most likely they will be headed elsewhere soon on order to make a living. So sad because at one time it was the place to have a good time after platinum shut down.
