Can't beat the $10 topless dance deal on Tuesday nights. Compared to Club 390, which offers a similar 2-for-1 deal on Tuesdays, there are many more girls here to choose from at Polekatz... but what you gain in selection, you lose in privacy in the lap dance room. The LD room is an open room of benches... and the bouncer walks through the room staring at the patrons/dancers just about every other minute. Although I believe the house rules are no hands on ass, boobs or kitty... most girls will let you keep your hands on the ass... and feel the boobs... so long as you keep the hands moving & not locked on to the tits. Nude dances are $20 on Tuesday nights. If you want the cheaper prices, make sure that you stay at the downstairs bar (sometimes the bouncers will invite you to sit at the upstairs 'VIP stage when you walk in... but dances up there will cost you $10 more than downstairs... and there's still no privacy).

Champagne room is $400/half hour. Never been and not sure about the level of privacy or extra-cirriculars--although one bonus is that I've heard that the waitresses can do champagne room dances (and some of the waitresses are smoking hot here).
