The old Koala generally only goes in search of Afternoon Delight. Stopped in on a Monday about 5:00 PM. Had not been here in 2-3 years. Dancer quality has improved since my last visit. 2-3 years ago, it was pretty sad. Bar is long and rectangular with pool tables in the back near the DJ booth and couch dance rooms. If I heard right, There might be 3 levels of dances. I settled for the basic level of $20.00 per song. I'm surprised that the cost hasn't gone up after years of paying the same price. Girls weren't memorable on stage, but all had a nack for conversation when they were circulating outside the bar after their stage appearance. The cute brunette that I took back for a dance might not be a model, but she was the sort I'd like to get to know. This bar has gone through a number of evolutions over the years. I think they're well on the way toward getting it right to be a comfortable place that will make a good hang-out. Atmosphere, girls, acceptable drink prices, all they needed was possibly some food.
