I was down in Seattle from Vancouver, BC, on a daytrip, and I figured there was no better way to end my day than a visit to Rick's. Previous trips to the club had left me plenty satisfied, but this time unfortunately was somewhat lacking. Not sure if it was simply luck of the draw, the fact that I went during a Sunday evening shift (previous visits had mostly been day shift), or whether it's indicative of permanent changes, but it had definitely taken a turn for the worse. For one thing, despite there being a big sign over the VIP section advertising $20 dances, nearly every girl I talked to quoted me a price of $30 a song; in the past I've occasionally been told that, but found it very easy to get dances at $20 per. The few times I decided to try out the $30 dances, I was also left disappointed. Previous visits had always resulted in fully nude dances with decent to excellent mileage. This past visit, though, the dances were topless at best, with the most of the girls keeping their tops on and only offering the occasional peek. One girl did offer a special "very naughty" dance for $50, but I didn't take her up on it. I'll probably be back to Rick's, but I think next time I'll be sure to go during day shift.
