This review is based on four visits to Hong Kong and Adelita's over the past week while I was in San Diego on business.

Where to stay--

If you're looking for a hotel, I'd suggest one on the US side of the border. If you plan on staying in Tijuana into the early morning hours, there is a Rodeway Inn in San Ysidro that is only a few minutes walk to the border. It's basic but adequate and will run you around $50. There are a number of places in San Diego/ National City that are convenient to the Trolley. The trolley runs till about 1:00 AM. The trip from National City takes about 20 minutes and is $2.50 each way.
