So after a disappointing lineup at Spearmint Industry, I made a trip here to see if any old favorites still worked. Plus, during the times there are Staples Center events, they pass out free passes. So with free pass in hand, I pulled into the lot. Unfortunately the parking goon is always here demanding $5. I won't quibble if I'm getting in for gratis. The quality of dancers on this particular night is elevated from the usual 1 or 2 dancers I usually find lappable. The reason is I find out there has been an exodus of dancers from the chain's Van Nuys location. Of the three Rhino chains in L.A. I've been to, Van Nuys always had the best looking chicks. Now some of them are here. Unlike other Rhino chains, however, the one great feature of this club is the frequent back to back two-for-one dances. So if you pull a dancer you like during one of these specials, you can string together lengthy, and -- if you choose wisely -- intimate steamy dances. Beware though of a certain cadre of dancers who "only do nudes". I prefer topless, since the nude rooms are so dark the girls might as well be clothed for the visually stimulated like me. There are also 15 min. private specials, which is new since my last visit. I forget how much, but they sounded reasonable. Girls promise more for these sessions, but I have yet to partake. But I will with a few promising talent next time.
