I checked out Flamingo on a Saturday afternoon. It was fairly busy for that time of day with maybe 10 customers and more dancers. The DJ managed to have a dancer on stage most songs. One dancer "S" grabbed my attention. We sat at a table and watched the stage show for a while. The Bird handshake was going the whole time and I returned the favor. I got 4 bikini laps with complete hands on and a 5 song nude VIP session. The VIP had a very happy ending. Dance prices here are more reasonable than COI. Couch dances are 10 and the 5 song VIP is 150. There are two warnings about this club. (1) Dancer quality varies from a few good ones to downright awful. You might pick a time and day where not a single dancer appeals. (2) Ladies drinks are $20. There used to be a choice of $10 and $20 ladies drinks, but the lower price seems to have gone away or else you have to ask for it.
